We offer unique conditions — you choose the best option.

There are no extra charges for complexity or rush processing. There's no minimum: we will translate even a single page. Large orders are eligible for a flexible system of discounts (up to 15%).

Our agency offers a simple system of three rate levels. Based on your needs, you can determine the price:

TRANSLATION rate: – translation by a professional translator AND an additional proofreading by an editor. There are no extra charges for rush service (a considerable savings compared to other agencies). However, at this rate we can provide 15 pages the the most.

BUSINESS rate: – highly specialized translation, with a commercial adaptation of a text if necessary and a graphic layout of the pictures. This rate is recommended for texts slated for publication or further commercial application. For bulk jobs, a term glossary or TM (translation memory) is included in the price quote — this will ensure the terminological consistency across the document and, consequently, reduce the cost of the translation and the translators' workload. The speed of the translation is practically unlimited; deadlines can be discussed with a manager.

ELITE rate: in addition to the services stipulated by the BUSINESS rate, ELITE rate provides for additional checking of the translation quality by a native speaker AND is additionally proofread by an editor. This rate is recommended for those conducting international negotiations (business correspondence, commercial proposals) and for translation from Russian into foreign languages (especially for legal translations). And, this rate is especially recommended when translating into Asian languages.
