Operational features

To get a price quote please fill out the following section (link to the quote page). The translation is started the moment we receive your information by email, calculate a price quote, and get a customer confirmation. The first time we work with someone, a 100% payment in advance in required. The rate is calculated on the basis of printed pages, set at 1800 (one thousand eight hundred) symbols (characters, spaces, punctuation marks and other symbols).

If you require special acronyms or particular technical terms to be used, please provide a glossary or other reference material. We work with TM Trados as well.

For bulk translations we will prepare a glossary for free, in a format convenient for you: Trados TM, DejaVu TM, MS Word or Excel.

We do not have a statute of limitation on the quality of translation. If, after a some time (without any limitation), you've found a inaccuracy or a terminological discrepancy, we'll correct any mistakes for free.
